We gather here to honor the life of Will Jamison, a great person whose path was sadly cut short on November 18.
There was much more to Will than just the basketball floor. He was well-known for his gentle disposition, sincere generosity, and steadfast commitment.
Will had a great influence on teammates, coaches, and friends, both on and off the court.
He was an exceptional player and an inspiration to everybody around him because of his passion for the game and dedication to perfection.
The death of a brilliant and talented young person is mourned by the Homestead community. Will made a major impact to the school’s basketball program, and his legacy will continue to inspire others.
We take comfort in the recollections of his contagious laughter, his sportsmanship, and the many people he impacted, even as we struggle with the deep loss of his departure.
Will’s love of basketball had made a lasting impression at Homestead Senior High School in Fort Wayne, Indiana, the scene of the sad tragedy.
His death has left a vacuum in the hearts of friends, relatives, and the community as a whole.
We are sending our warmest condolences to Will Jamison’s family and friends at this trying time. May the love that surrounded Will all of his life, as well as their shared memories, give them strength.
Even though Will is no longer with us, his legacy lives on in the tales we tell, the games he plays, and the good vibes he gives to everyone he comes into contact with.
Peace be with you, Will; everyone will always carry a piece of his memories.
