According to Complex on February 22, 2019, Demons and Henry were allegedly accused in the 2017 shooting death of Indian River County Sheriff’s Department deputy Garry Chambliss close to Gifford.
On November 30, 2021, the date for YNW Melly’s trial was set as March 7, 2022. The issue was later postponed and set for May 23, 2022. Once more put off, the exam will now take place on June 6, 2022.
Following the trial’s postponement, Demon’s defense team asked for a quick trial on May 26, 2022. The next 175 days must see the problem begin.
Demons were ruled to no longer be liable to the death sentence on July 6, 2022.
Since no formal statements have been made, it is unknown what will happen to the rapper next.
