Gardner’s wife, Leticia, revealed to Voyage ATL that the couple first met in 2009, and she was the one who introduced her to the fitness world. As a result, she started the 21-Day Challenge, which includes meal planning.

In an Instagram post, she stated that they conceived Layla shortly after their wedding and that she gave birth 40 weeks later. Rod Gardner’s daughters are now maturing into a lovely family. Nyasia and Layla are both active on Instagram. Furthermore, the girls’ father, Rod Gardner, frequently posts family portraits on Instagram and frequently uploads TikTok videos with his baby girls.
