Fred Nicacio is married to his longtime boyfriend, Fabio Gelonese, a dental surgeon.
Fabio is a University of Sao Paolo graduate specializing in Botulinum Toxin and Facial Implants.
The BBB23 housemate wrote on his Instagram that he first met Fabio on a Saturday during the Rio Carnival 2015.
They instantly knew they were meant for each other and started a romantic relationship.
Fast forward some years, Fred romantically proposed to Fabio in front of the Christ the Redeemer statue. Fabio said yes.
The couple married on September 14, 2019, and reside together in Bauru, Sao Paolo.
In February 2022, the couple got a matching crown tattoo to mark the seven years since they first met.
The tattoo refers to the crown that Fred wore when he first met Faboi. Since then, they often call each other Príncipe or Prince.
Additionally, Fred has a L.I.B.E.R.A.D.E tattoo on his neck, which translates to Freedom, as an ode to his ancestors, the black people of Brazil.
Both Fred and Faboi are pretty famous on social media, with a respectable following.
Fred has 601K followers on his profile, @frednicacio, whereas Faboi is followed by 51K people on his profile, @fabiogelonese.
