In 2016, Yu Darvish married his wife, Seiko. However, before their marriage, the couple welcomed their first child on July 29, 2015. During Seiko’s pregnancy, they intended to marry following baseball season. They, on the other hand, did not want to plan a conventional wedding ceremony. Seiko’s social media disclosed details of their wedding, including the fact that she changed her Twitter handle from “seiko0822” to “seiko63.”
Yu and Seiko have five children, four boys and one girl, with their newest kid expecting in 2022. Despite their celebrity, the couple respects their privacy and that of their children.
