Week 7 brings the Women Tell All special. But, toward the end of the special, which shows Kathy owning up to her issues with Theresa and Susan fan-girling over Kris Jenner, we see who goes home and which women are Gerry's final two. Although it's a hard decision for him to make, Gerry sends Faith home. And his final two ladies are Theresa and Leslie.
