Lateshia Pearson’s family is of African-American origin. She was born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi, where she still lives with her husband and son.
She attended Hinds Community College for her higher education and graduated with a degree in business administration.
She then pursued her passion for entrepreneurship and media, launching her own business, Lateshia Pearson Enterprise, Inc., which specializes in high-end branding and marketing.
Lateshia has also made a name for herself as a TV personality, appearing on the Oprah Winfrey Network’s show Belle Collective.
The show follows the personal and professional lives of five successful Black women in Mississippi trying to balance their careers, families, and social lives.
Lateshia is one of the main cast members, along with Marie Hamilton-Abston, Antoinette Liles, Tambra Cherie, and Latrice Rogers.
Pearson is also a women’s empowerment advocate who founded the National Women’s Brunch Organization, Inc., and Women Brunch Mississippi.
These organizations aim to provide networking opportunities, mentorship, and support for women entrepreneurs across the country.

Lateshia also offers workshops and training sessions to help women improve their financial management skills and achieve their business goals.
Pearson has received several awards for her achievements, including the 2020 Top Entrepreneur of the Year and 2020 Top 50 Under 40 from the Mississippi Business Journal.
