Fred Hurt, a well-known reality TV personality and gold prospector, is married to Jennifer Sheets, better known as Jennifer Hurt. Jennifer’s Facebook page states that she started dating Fred on July 21, 2015, and the two got married on July 30, 2016. Fred is 80 years old and Jennifer is 54, a 26-year age difference.
Because Kayla and Zackary, Jennifer’s children, have been on Gold Rush, fans are familiar with them. Paul Richardson, a cast member in Gold Rush: White Water, is Kayla’s husband. But following a physical confrontation involving Dustin, Kayla’s stepbrother, the pair departed the show.
There are rumors that Fred’s connection with Jennifer started prior to Lorrayne, his late wife, passing away from a medical condition that left her bedridden. Jennifer is Fred’s third wife, having been married before Lorrayne. From his previous marriages, he has four children. In 2011, Fred made his television debut in reality, appearing on Gold Rush on the Discovery Channel. Up until 2020, he was a member of the original cast.
