Rachel Shoaf and Shelia Eddy are both prisoners in the Lakin Correctional Facility.
There, Rachel Shoaf is still completing her sentence after confessing to her role in Skylar Neese’s murder.
The West Virginia Department of Corrections estimates that she will be released in April 2028.
Shelia Eddy is now doing her time at the same prison.
She did, however, also enter a guilty plea to first-degree murder.
The date for her first parole hearing is set for May 2028.
