Lasso formerly worked as the director of hospitality for the winery Beau Vigne. She was previously the curator at Darioush Winery, where she worked for almost six years. She eventually joined Palmaz Vineyards, a vineyard in Napa Valley, California.
Lasso held many high-level positions at Palmaz, including national estate ambassador and senior estate ambassador. Diana then became a part of the Opus One Winery for several months.
In terms of her family history, her father, Carlos A Lasso, died a few years ago. Her mother, Inez Lasso, graduated from the University of New Mexico. Julie Ann Lasso and Elena Everett are her two sisters.
Elena, her sister, also attended The University of New Mexico.
