Sue has a LinkedIn profile where she discusses her professional background. Makkoo began her work as an Assistant Professor of Costume Design at Colorado Christian University between January 1995 and January 1997. From June 2011 through June 2013, she also worked as a costume designer for Kentucky Shakespeare. She worked at RWS Entertainment Group as a wardrobe manager. Sue was a Costume Design Faculty member at Manhattan School of Music’s Department of Musical Theater.
Sue has a 27-year career in the international design industry, working her way up to Broadway as a well-known Designer and Costume Director. She devoted 11 years of her life to the Tony-winning La Jolla Playhouse. Sue has participated in approximately 300 shows over the last ten years.
