Sota is a major admirer of K-pop music, and his favorite band is Mamamoo, whom he has seen perform live.
He enjoys reading manga and viewing animated films such as “Ghost in the Shell” and “Akira,” and he is a huge fan of Studio Ghibli and their films “Porco Rosso” and “Princess Mononoke.” He also enjoys watching live-action movies, with his favorite performers being Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt, and their films “What’s Eating Gilbert Grape” and “Inception” (Leonardo), as well as “Meet Joe Black” and “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” (Brad Pitt).
Sota loves Tokyo the most of all the countries he has been to, but he also enjoys traveling and has visited the United States on multiple occasions, partly because some of the films he has acted in were shot there.
He has also visited various European nations, including Greece, Italy, and Spain, primarily because he enjoys their beaches. Sota works out at the gym many times each week, and he also enjoys basketball and running. He has completed a half-marathon and has set a goal of completing a full marathon of 42.195km in 2020.
