She is a married woman with a husband named Joe Carretta. Joe Carretta, a skilled consultant, and businessman is her husband and the executive director of the Sunrise Senior Living firm. They met on an internet dating site called ‘eHarmony,’ and soon became romantically linked. The couple married on April 13, 2013, and currently reside in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
Miscarriage, Children, and Cancer
The couple has no children yet because Shawn had a miscarriage in the fifth month of her pregnancy in 2014 and has never been pregnant since.
She did, however, adopt Joe’s two children from his previous marriage. In addition, in 2017, they adopted a girl named Jagger Jude. Following the miscarriage, there were suspicions that it was caused by kidney cancer, although this was never proved.
