Tinsley Mortimer married her high school sweetheart, Robert Livingston Mortimer, between 2002 and 2010. Carole Radziwill set her up on a blind date with Scott Kluth after her divorce. Scott and Tinsley began dating officially in 2017. From the fall of 2017 to the end of 2018, he and his then-girlfriend broke up three times, only to reconcile and continue dating.
Scott and his wife prospect Tinsley began living together in Chicago after reconciling in October 2019. Two months later, the “Real Housewives of New York City” stars tied the knot in Chicago. Scott and his wife-to-be hopeful Tinsley did not immediately comment on when the newly engaged couple would marry.
Scott announced his divorce from Tinsley in March 2021. He told PEOPLE Magazine that they had been living independently for the past few months. He then insisted that the decision to split was not an easy one.
Tinsley, according to sources close to her, was taken aback by the breakup, contradicting Scott’s claims. Insiders claim Tinsley abandoned everything to be with Scott, who allegedly promised to marry her if she left the show.
In response to Tinsley’s camp’s claims, Scott’s friends claimed that he tried to break up with her for months.
