The Priest who was scheduled to conduct and officiate the wedding passed away unexpectedly. It was heartbreaking news for the bride and groom’s family. They needed a new location for the wedding and a new priest to officiate it. Her brother (Peter) chose to become a Priest and officiate at the wedding after considering the circumstances. A Fox channel producer had asked Peter to officiate at his wedding a year ago. He even paid $40 for a license and is now a licensed minister who can marry people.
So he double-checked his driver’s license to see if it was still valid. His driver’s license was valid in Florida, which was wonderful news for the family. Sally’s father made a touching message with photos from her wedding day after she married. He added, “I told his younger sister Sally about my plan, and she agreed.” And the wedding had to be rescheduled. Sally began jokingly addressing his older brother as Father Peter.
