Rosemary Scapichhio was born to her parents, John Curran, and Betty Curran, in her hometown of Massachusetts.More about her parents: John worked for a beer firm as a truck driver. Sharing very personal information, she also said that her father was struggling with alcoholism and disability.
Since Rosemary’s father had been absent for much of her childhood, she had very little recollection of her. As for her mother, Betty worked as a manual worker in a travel agency. While the burden to raise her daughters fell in her lap alone, she did all she could to keep them happy. More about the siblings of Rosemary: She grew up with six sisters in a Brighton-based public housing settlement in Faneuil. Although most of her sisters remain anonymous in writing, her sister Kathy Doyle operates an alternative energy production business.
