Robert Telles has received media attention ever since he was detained in connection with the murder of Jeff German. He was taken into custody on Wednesday on the grounds that he might be a seasoned journalist covering the official’s alleged misdeeds.
Wednesday night, Jeff was fatally stabbed before he could breathe again. In order to prevent Jeff from learning about him while he was gathering information on Telles, Robert is thought to have killed Telles weeks before he was actually slain.
