After a year of dating, Rebecca Jo, 47, wed her fiancé, Michael Benson, for the third time. Budig’s beloved spouse, Benson, serves as CBS’s president and chief marketing officer.
After a courtship period of two years, the couple exchanged matrimonial vows in a solemn ceremony in 2012. Before exchanging vows on Christmas Day, December 25, 2010, the couple became engaged.
Benson proposed to Rebecca in 1935 with a vintage ruby and diamond ring by Platt Boutique Jewelry. Two years after their wedding, on May 1, 2014, the couple announced that she was five months expectant with their first child.
Budig and her spouse, Michael, accepted the role of parents for the first time with the birth of their daughter Charlotte Jo Benson on September 8, 2014.
“Welcome to the world, Charlotte Jo Benson,” the ecstatic father Benson wrote alongside an Instagram photo of his actress wife and their newborn daughter.
The actress from General Hospital was previously wed twice before Michael. He entered into matrimony for the first time with Dr. Daniel Geller in the year 2000. However, they ended their relationship after a few months.
Bob Guiney, a 49-year-old Bachelor star, was subsequently wed to herself. The union took place in July 2003 at his residence in Long Lake, Michigan, after their acquaintance on the Rebecca Budig Family program The Bachelor. The couple declared their separation on January 13, 2010, following a duration of seven years together.
In April 2010, Rebecca initiated the divorce process; the divorce was formalized on July 23, 2010. Notably, neither spousal maintenance nor any form of financial support was requested. Following the airing of the final season of The Bachelor, Bob, and Estella Gardinier ended their relationship.
