Ramon Dino won his first Mr. Olympia Brasil title in 2018. He then continued to devote himself entirely to his weightlifting career. Dino made a big impression in 2021, finishing second at the Vaga Mr. Olympia. He also came in fifth place at Mr. Olympia. Ramon Dino was invited to compete in the Arnold Classic in 2022, where he finished second. He competed in Mr. Olympia again in 2022, finishing second. And now, in 2023, he has a first-place finish at the Arnold Classic.
After competing in the 2018 Olympia Amateur Brazil, Ramon earned his IFBB Pro Card in 2018. In 2021, he also finished second in the Europa Pro tournament. In 2021, he won first place in the Muscle Contest Brazil. His dedication as a bodybuilder has made him one of the sport’s most sought-after and promising competitors.
