Rachel received many questions regarding her body transformation over the years.
As an answer, Brosnahan revealed that she started losing weight in an unhealthy way when she began filming “Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.”
She said she was feeling exhausted because she had a fast metabolism.
In addition to eating right, she works out regularly, taking yoga, Pilates, or Spinning classes.
She believes that exercise keeps her focused and clear-headed and paves the way for meeting new people while traveling.
Even her dogs are fond of exercising with her, particularly going on a walk daily.
Similarly, she also makes time for self-care, including reading, taking baths, watching Survivor, and having coffee with friends.
Brosnahan said she never thought she would play a part like Mrs. Maisel because she was made to believe she was not funny.
As far as her fame, she believes that nothing has made a massive impact on her lifestyle.
By that, she meant she still lives in the same apartment in New York and hangs out with the same friends.
Moreover, the actress is a philanthropist working with Covenant House.
The house serves homeless young people in 31 cities across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.
This event involves spending a night on the pavement before Covenant House to raise money and awareness about homeless young people.
Brosnahan says that it was a very moving experience and that she was struck by the fact that these young people were her peers.
