The Hollywood legend has lately been extra forgetful and rumored to have Alzheimer’s disease. He is no stranger to the tragic illness as his grandmother and father-in-law reportedly died from the disease.
However, there are contrasting reports with Suggest stating that these are only rumors. It notes that the Actor or his representatives have confirmed nothing regarding his health.
The site continues to mention that the stupidity of the claim is shown by simply looking at the current status of Nolte’s career.
Nolte, who is still consistently booking roles, appears to have no problem memorizing scripts. It would be daunting for an Alzheimer’s patient.
However, Nolte has a long history of substance abuse and addiction. In 2018, he told The Saturday Evening Post that he had been “relatively clean outside of prescription stuff for years.”
