Born on August 19th, 1997, with the name of Loutelious Holmes Jr, TJ Holmes is an American Journalist and TV Personality. TJ is a member of the National Association of Black Journalists and 100 Black Men of Atlanta.
TJ completed his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arkansas, majoring in Broadcast Journalism. He got renowned for the first time after working as a correspondent and an anchor for CNN.
He is the youngest of 2 children in his family, so he got T Junior’s nickname. Following that, he started his TV profession with the same name TJ.
TJ commenced his TV career in Joplin, Missouri, at KSNF Channel 16 as a producer and grew professionally, becoming an assignment reporter followed by the weekend anchor. All of these within a year.
He is on the Chancellor’s Board of Advisors at the University of Arkansas. He is also on the Board of Visitors at Emory University in Atlanta.
