Strand was abducted for two days until he passed away on December 2, 2022. The culprit, who is presently being held in jail for capital murder, was located.
Tanner Lynn Horner is accused of sexually assaulting three children younger than seven, according to the Fort Worth Police Department.
According to the article, Horner admitted to Police that he did not kidnap the child; rather, he said the girl was struck by his vehicle accidently, and he then strangled her out of fear that she would tell someone.
After the inquiry, it became evident that she had been attacked before being struck by the automobile. In 2013, the killer also participated in additional child abuse.
After Strand’s death, he was later detained on two other counts. After the murderer’s name was revealed, several individuals referred to him as a “absolute monster.”
Horner will likely spend the rest of his life behind bars after being charged with a $1.5 million bail and an extra $15,000 in Wise County jail.
