Isabella is one of Michael's twin daughters from his second marriage to Jean Muggli. Isabella and her sister, Sophia, were born on Oct. 28, 2004. They are Tanita and Michael Jr.'s half-sisters.

In 2022, Isabella made her runway modeling debut for Sherri Hill. She planned to go to USC for college, but in January 2024, she bravely revealed on GMA alongside her father that she had been diagnosed with the cancerous brain tumor medulloblastoma the previous October. She said that amid her ongoing treatment, she hopes to "be a voice" for those who are going through radiation and chemotherapy.
