Marie and Brian’s son committed suicide nine years ago, on February 26, 2010. He jumped out of his eighth-floor apartment in Los Angeles on Friday night when he was 18 years old.
He wrote a note saying, “He intended to commit suicide after a life-long fight with depression,” before committing suicide. He had been depressed since he was a child, and he sought treatment in 2007. On the night of his death, his best buddy and roommate were with him.
