Olu rose to prominence as a result of his marriage to Misty; the two met in a nightclub in 2006 through Olu’s cousin, Broadway performer Taye Diggs, and began a romantic relationship that is still going strong.
In 2015, the pair became engaged, and on July 31, 2016, they married at the Montage Hotel in Laguna Beach. Despite the fact that it was a tiny wedding with only about 100 people in attendance, Misty donned a gown designed by Inbal Dror and Christian Louboutin heels. For the time being, the pair does not have children, although that is something they are considering when Misty’s career comes to an end.
