Angie and record executive Calvin Mark Le met in 1969 through a common friend. She was 19 years old at the time. The pair exchanged vows in the Bromley Register Office in Beckenham Lane, Kent, on March 19, 1970.
Their relationship was open because they weren’t in love and merely got married to give her permission.
