A luxurious adventure from Singapore to Malaysia turned into a harrowing misadventure when three McLaren M4 supercars collided, leaving one of the cars significantly damaged.
The incident occurred at approximately 9 a.m. as the convoy of supercars was traveling southwards in Kluang, Johor, from Batu Empat to Taman Seri Lambak, according to local authorities.
At the 63km mark along Jalan Yong Peng, the lead car began to slow down in preparation for a right turn. The driver behind it managed to brake in time to avoid a collision.
Still, the third car lost control, causing a rear-end collision with the second car, subsequently leading to a domino effect that resulted in the first car being struck.
This sequence of events, as described by the deputy police chief of the Kluang district, led to the unfortunate crash.
Images and videos of the aftermath were shared online, showcasing the extent of damage sustained by the McLaren supercars.
Debris littered the ground, and one of the supercars had a severely damaged front bumper.
The rear of a red car was visibly dented, a stark reminder of the unexpected turn of events during what was supposed to be a luxurious and enjoyable road trip for these high-performance car enthusiasts.
