During a live stream, a tragic incident unfolded in Missouri where one young cousin fatally shot the other before taking her own life, as confirmed by the police and a relative.
The individuals involved were identified as Paris Harvey and her 14-year-old cousin Kuaron Harvey, both residents of St. Louis.
The St. Louis Police Department received a report about the shooting around 2 am on Friday in the 1000 block of Spruce Street.

The cousins were fatally shot while live streaming on Instagram from an apartment bathroom during a family party commemorating the birthdays of younger relatives born in March.
Although the authorities are investigating the incident, initial reports indicate it is being treated as a “murder-suicide.”
According to the police, the victim and suspect were found inside a residence with puncture wounds and pronounced dead at the scene.

Shinise Harvey, one of the deceased’s mother, spoke to NBC affiliate KSDK of St. Louis and explained that she had allowed her daughter to attend a family party at the apartment to celebrate birthdays.
Harvey further revealed that the children were recording a video on Instagram Live, during which Paris handled the gun.
She stated that an unintended discharge occurred, resulting in Kuaron being struck by the bullet.
