As of now, she serves as KHOU 11 Meteorologist on the weekend morning. She joined the station in October 2021 after spending three years as a News reporter and meteorologist at FOX26 and CW59(KMPH and KFRE). Moreover, Kim has covered weather and meteorological activities with national and international attention.
Previously, she worked as a weather forecaster and multimedia journalist at KTVL-News Channel 10. Kim joined the station in September 2016 and anchored all evening and weekend newscasts on a fill-in basis. She also maintained an active and engaging social media presence with multimedia components. Kim worked at the station for two years and one month.
Her career kicked off at Haley Miranda Group as Social Media Specialist where she develop and execute branded content with compelling imagery and copy, distributed across client-owned social media channels. Kim gained her skills as Intern at Tucson 12 The City channel, Kgun Television, and KVOA-TV each for five months.
