Ken Shamrock was born into a low-income family at the Robins Air Force Base in Georgia. His father abandoned his family when he was a child. His mother married army aviator Bob Nance for the second time. Shamrock and his brothers were unable to cope with their new environment’s unease, so they turned to narcotics. He did, however, dabble in basketball and football. Ken had a tumultuous childhood, being dragged into conflicts without his parents’ knowledge. At the age of ten, he was stabbed even more during a heist. He was forced to live in cars after being evicted from his home.
