Bradley’s remarkable weight reduction journey has also garnered media attention. Bradley shed thirty pounds in only five months—a noteworthy feat that called for commitment, perseverance, and a readiness to alter his way of life.

According to Bradley, he started the diet after the BMW Championship in August of last year and worked with UpWellness, a nutrition company, to lose weight.

Sugar-filled beverages like soda and Gatorade were also outlawed, according to Golf Digest, and Bradley’s workouts switched to almost exclusively cardio exercises like the elliptical or stationary cycle.

When he started the regimen, his weight was 220 pounds. He’s already lost about 190 pounds and is prepared to resume a diet low in carbohydrates.

Bradley agreed to change his diet to almost exclusively consist of meat.

Bradley said, “You can eat anything that walks, swims, or flies, and I did a lot of fruit as well.” His transformation has been so amazing that several colleagues have questioned if he is sick.

Eating only beef that has been grass-fed is the key. No vegetables are present. Furthermore, there aren’t any starches, sauces, sides, or even ketchup. All I use for seasoning is salt, pepper, and hot sauce.

By the time Bradley got to Japan for the Zozo Championship in mid-October, he had dropped back down to 190 pounds, but he felt like he was swinging more easily and hadn’t lost any distance or swing speed.

Following a T-5 finish at the Sanderson Farms Championship to begin the fall season, Bradley won by a stroke at Accordia Golf Narshino Country Club after playing four great rounds, including a final two-under 68.
