Julie first started modeling at the age of 9 by taking part in regional TV ads. At age 14, she went on to win the title of Miss Texas Teen, which launched her acting career. She relocated to Los Angeles at the age of 16 in order to fulfill her goal. In a similar vein, she made her acting debut in the Who’s the Boss?
in which she played the part of Susie in 1987. She later achieved success thanks to the television series “The Wonder Years,” where she played Madeline Adams from 1990 to 1991.
She also played Barbara Elizabeth Chandler in “Mixed Blessings,” Heather Michaels in “Diagnosis Murder,” Grace Mayfield in “Viper,” Ruby in “A Tale of Two Bunnies,” Marge in “Final Approach,” and many other important roles. Regarding her honors and accomplishments, she was nominated for a Young Artist Award in 1990 for “Santa Barbara” in the category of Best Young Actress in a Daytime Drama. She is still working, therefore she will continue to succeed and win accolades in the future.
