Supatra Sasuphan was born in Thailand with Hypertrichosis, a rare illness that caused her to become one of the world’s hairiest human girls. Supatra relocated to Thailand, where she now lives in Pranakom, on the outskirts of Bangkok. But she fought hard against every adversity in her life and made some great friends at school.

Her close friends encouraged her to make a name for herself in school. Her stunning beauty and long hair quickly made her well-known in her school and throughout Thailand. Supatra Sasuphan’s friends and relatives call her Natty. She used to enjoy studying mathematics in school. Supatra excelled in school and aspired to be a doctor so she could help others.

She required two procedures following her birth because she was having difficulty breathing. Her nostrils were not wide when she was born, so she struggled to breathe. Supatra Sasuphan was born with one-millimeter-wide nostrils. After her birth on August 5, 1999, she spent three months in an incubator to overcome her respiratory problem.

She spent the next ten months in the hospital recovering from her first nose surgery. She had nose surgery again when she was two years old to improve her breathing. Her nostrils are clearly distinguishable from those of ordinary people.
