Jilly was born on 2 January 1996 in Houston, Texas, USA. She is the first child of Jules K Moor, a former Texas A&M, and College Station basketball player, and Theresa Moor (nee. Wilturner) who graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Senior Sales Executive at Comcast.
She has a younger brother named Jules A. Moor, who was born in 1999 and played basketball in the state of Texas. She is a U.S. citizen, making her U.S. nationality, and is of French, Dutch, Creole, Jamaican, and African descent. Her family is adopting Christianity. She was intrigued by the entertainment industry from a very young age. She entered the dance classes as a toddler and, by the age of three, had participated in several events.
She is a graduate of Premier High School. When she was in college, she entered the Ensemble Theater and took part in a variety of dramas. As a result, she had played leading roles in many plays for eight consecutive years by the age of thirteen. It was signed by Page Parkes Modeling and Acting Agency and has featured in a variety of television commercials.
As a girl, she was very happy, which led her to participate in Competitive Dance and Competitive Cheerleading. She has been a collegiate cheerleader for five years and a high school varsity cheerleader for four years. She was also interested in sports as she actively participated in volleyball, basketball, soccer, and martial arts throughout her school and university years.
She went on to graduate college and had a Bachelor’s Degree, although it is unsure where she completed her Bachelor’s degree. She has also taken multiple acting lessons to hone her acting skills.
