Young Kristen began taking photographs. She met Fleetwood Mac while taking photographs for one of their albums. She met the band in the 1980s when their images caught their attention.

He didn’t want to add extra stress to the band after seeing how other musicians struggled after having kids. When he was younger, Lindsey encouraged her husband to pursue competitive swimming, but he ultimately decided to pursue music.
The self-taught Lindsey As a child, folk, folk-rock, and psychedelic music prompted him to form “The Fritz Rabyne Memorial Band.” They became close, so he encouraged Stevie Nicks to join his band. The couple then started dating.
Early 1970s demos led to Polydor Records signing them and releasing “Buckingham Nicks.” They were dropped because of weak album sales. Fleetwood Mac’s Mick Fleetwood was influenced by the album’s guitar parts.
Buckingham refused to join without Nicks, and Fleetwood agreed. Fleetwood Mac’s debut album, released in 1975, topped the US charts. Many of the band’s hits were written by Lindsey.
