Jake Clark initially gained notoriety when he participated in the 2018 reality competition “The Talent Show,” which was broadcast on the “Brat” YouTube channel. He stuck with it to the semifinals. Jake made it to the auditions, and in his first group audition of the competition, he performed his own song “The Drive,” which later that year became his debut single. His performance was praised by all three judges. Later, he was defeated in the semifinals. His second song, “Sun Sets over the City,” was released in 2019. For his track “The Drive,” he also worked with “A Girl Called Jo” star Bella Shepard, an actor.
He began his YouTube account on February 15, 2016, and he also has a website. The song “Head Over Boots,” which was originally performed by Jon Pardi, was the subject of his first video on the channel. He produced a comedic sketch in one of the videos on the channel ridiculing the interviews conducted by a prestigious biography website. He currently has over 23K subscribers on his own YouTube channel. His @itsjakeclark Instagram account has more than 189K followers. In addition, Clark has made music videos for his songs “Dark Circles” and “LA Boys.” Also, he has a single called “Happy” that was made available in 2020.
Also, he sang the song “Know My Name” for season two of AwesomenessTV’s Next Influencer and appeared in the accompanying music video. He has recently started to record songs and release singles. In “To The Beat! Back 2 School” in 2020, actor Jake played Miles. Moreover, he had appearances in the short films “Something Better” and “It Matters.” His most recent projects are “Vibe Room” and “Next Influencer” on AwesomenessTV. He also briefly appeared on American Idol in Season 19’s Week 5 of auditions.
