Since December 2011, Jackie Bruno has been employed by NBC10 Boston, where she currently serves as the station’s lifestyle and entertainment correspondent. Jacqueline presently works as an anchor and reporter for New England Cable News in Newton, Massachusetts. She broadcasts on the weekends in addition to hosting newscasts during the week. In 2004 and 2005, Jacqueline also began her career at NECN as an intern. After graduating from college, she worked as a production assistant for CW Boston’s 10 o’clock news and sold radio advertisements at WBMX Mix 98.5 in Boston and WFHN FUN 107 in Fairhaven, Massachusetts.
Additionally, she was selected as Miss Massachusetts USA 2008 in November 2007, and in the nationally televised Miss USA competition in April 2008, she finished in the top 10. Jacqueline was featured in an episode of MTV’s MADE after she returned from the competition where she helped a young man win the title of “Mr. Chelmsford High.”
As a host for New England TV on NewEngland.com, she also examined the region’s attractions from the perspective of a local New Englander.
