Ms. Bulley has not been seen nor contacted since Friday, January 27, which has led to speculations that she has been kidnapped.

The 45-year-old Lancashire woman is described as a white, 5’3″ (1.6m) tall, with light brown shoulder-length hair.
She speaks with an Essex accent and was last seen wearing black jeans, a long black gilet jacket with a hood, and olive green ankle wellies.
Police have recently found a potential witness in the search for the dog walker.
They are in contact with a woman in red who was walking her dog at the same time and place where Nicola was last seen.
There has been an outpouring of support from the Lancashire locals searching for Ms. Bulley.
Thousands of flyers have been posted in various nearby localities hoping that some lead about her whereabouts will be found.
Her friends are hopeful that she is safe and will be returned home soon.
