Michael Irvin’s most recent accusation of sexual assault came last month, a week before Super Bowl LVII, at a hotel in Phoenix, Arizona.
Irvin allegedly made an obscene remark to a female employee at the Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel during a quick exchange on February 5 in the busy and widely visible hotel lobby.
A claim that he aggressively asked her whether she knew anything about having a “large Black man inside of [her]” is one of the things he is accused of, along with an inappropriate arm touch and remark that he would find her later in her work week.
Irvin stated that he doesn’t speak like that and further added that he never spoke like that in response to Marriott’s court filing last Friday.
The commentator is also well-liked by the media, and since it is widely thought that he is innocent, no one is criticizing him for these accusations.
