Instead of choosing to work for someone else, Evin decided to launch her own company with the help of her parents. She co-owns the clothing store PB & Caviar Shop with Wai Chan and it is situated at 88 Thomas Street in Tribeca, New York City. Ben Sherman, Diesel, Tracy Reese, Melissa Odabash, Anna Sui, Torn by Ronny Kobo, Serfontaine, Sauce and Butter, Vanita Rose, Sestra Moja, Ingwa Melero, Chelsea Flower, Scoop, Danang, and Interlude are just a few of the brands that the shop carries.
Additionally, there was a coloring table and kid-friendly toys. After residing at the Tribeca site for three years, Evin relocated to 151 Ludlow Street on the Lower East Side. Evin decided the changeover to concentrate on selling women’s apparel rather than children’s items on the new website.
