On January 4, 1980, she was born in Stafford, Virginia. Her birth name is Erin Jessica Cahill, and she is forty years old. Her father is Steven Cahill, and her mother is Deborah Cahill.
Her sister, Lauren Cahill, is younger. When she was four years old, her mother gave her permission to start performing in a local high school musical and encouraged her to follow her artistic dreams. Erin won the title of Miss Pre-Teen Virginia at the age of eleven and finished first runner-up in Miss Junior America.
She passed the audition at the Governor’s School for the Arts with flawless scores in every category. After being selected for the Barton and Williams Dance Company, she went on to receive other company and individual honors. Her high school education began in Brooke Point, from where she graduated in 1998.
Despite receiving a full scholarship for both academics and performing arts from Marymount Manhattan College in New York, she was forced to leave the school at the age of 19 to focus on her acting career full-time in Los Angeles.
