She is happily married to her charming husband Beau Flynn. Beau works as a film producer on the set of Bubble Boy a black comedy film that was directed by Blair Hayes in 2000. Beau and Marley got hitched in July 2001 and they have two daughters. Their firstborn daughter West Flynn was born on September 6, 2009, and their second daughter Ruby Jeanne Flynn was born on May 1, 2012.
However, she dated Nicholas Brendon an American actor while a student. As her prom date, Nicholas bought Marley100 roses, wore a tux, and drove a black convertible Mustang to impress her. She later said that she totally did it right.
She was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol but was released after posting a bail bond and charge dropped after she pleaded no contest to a lesser charge, and was sentenced to a fine and probation on May 1, 2010.
