Between the 1980s and the mid-1990s, Williams spent much of his early life playing drums in various punk rock bands. Later, he had the opportunity to negotiate an agreement with Curb Records, a Nashville-based music label. Three Hanks: Men With Broken Hearts was the start of his music career. The video was created by splicing together recordings of three generations of Williams men who appeared to be singing together.
In September 1999, Williams released his first solo album, which was warmly received by the public. Since then, he’s released a slew of albums and singles, including Straight to Hell, Country Bullshit, and Long Gone Daddy, to name a few.
