The personal trainer first appeared on The Biggest Loser with tennis star Anna Kournikova in 2011. In 2012, Dolvett released his workout DVD, Me and My Chair: The No-Excuses Workout. He’s also the author of The 3-1-2-1 Diet: Eat and Cheat Your Way to Weight Loss – Lose up to 10 Pounds in 12 Days. The book went on to become a New York Times Best Seller.

Dolvett has been featured in numerous magazines and TV shows as a successful personal trainer and fitness model, including Parade Magazine, Men’s Fitness, GQ, NBC News, and TMZ. And he isn’t just a fitness fanatic; he’s also an actor, having appeared in House of Payne, Sharknado: The 4th Awakens, and Real Husbands of Hollywood. Dolvett appeared in a Trop 50 commercial alongside Jane Krakowski.
