In 1983, Nancy completed her nursing degree and became a registered nurse in New York. She went on to work as a health care professional, where she learned hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic programming. She was also a licensed therapist.
Nancy eventually moved on to a more professional career, collaborating with Keith Raniere to create Executive Success Programs, later dubbed NXIVM. She was the company’s president and co-founder of the global marketing firm. Nancy was also in charge of spreading their philosophy and persuading people to become members of NXIVM.
