On December 16, 2015, Iman “Junie” Tayla Shumpert Jr., the adorable child of professional basketball player Iman Shumpert and actress and singer Teyana Taylor, entered the world unexpectedly early. Junie arrived one month early, but her dad helped deliver her in their bathroom, which made for a special and touching experience.
“Junie decided she wanted to take her first breath into this world. She came out as a wonderful surprise to everyone!”
Shumpert posted a picture of the infant on social media and said
“Our beautiful daughter is finally here and doing well along with her beautiful mother.”
