This talented culinary artist, pursued her passion in the kitchen as an unpaid trainee status at Gypsy Saloon in 2005. Exceeding instantly, she pushed her way up to being the kitchen manager.
Wilson, with her Inherent talent and ambition, became a sous chef within just two years. Christina then shifted to Philadelphia to begin as sous chef at Lolita, a modern Mexican restaurant,
Christina soon became acquainted with the procedures of a recognized restaurant and handled managerial and creative supervision of the kitchen. She got titled with the status of Chef de Cuisine.
Chef Wilson, with immense ambition, joined Mercato, which was one of the 50 restaurants in Philadelphia. Christina then designed unique regular specials for the Italian restaurant.
On June 4, 2012, Chef Wilson took a giant leap by joining Hell’s kitchen season 10. Wilson, with thorough commitment and persistence, rose above other competitors. She later went on to win the title, and along with that, she got rewarded with the rank of Head chef at a Gordan Ramsay restaurant, Gordon Ramsay Steak.
Christina is now the Executive Chef of GR Burger, situated in Planet Hollywood Casino.
