Chris Godwin is a well-known American football player on the professional level. He plays wide receiver for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League (NFL). Prior to joining the Buccaneers, he attended Penn State. He was chosen by them in the third round of the 2017 NFL Draft.
In addition, he declared his intent to participate in the 2017 NFL Draft on January 5, 2017. He was the top performer in the bench press (19 reps) and the 20-yard shuttle as a result (4 flat). The Philadelphia Eagles, Chicago Bears, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and San Francisco 49ers among others also spoke with him. Additionally, this person suffered an MCL injury and an ACL tear on December 19, 2021, during the Buccaneers’ Week game against the New Orleans Saints. He also finished the season with four carries for 21 yards and a touchdown in addition to 98 receptions for 1,103 yards and five touchdowns.
