Kirk Franklin loves his children very dearly. He has an excellent bond with each of his children, and his children also seem to love and respect him very much. His father inspired Caziah, so he chose music as his career. Kirk Franklin has set a fantastic example for his children.
They looked up to him, but a year ago, he had a heated argument with his oldest son Kerrion Franklin. Kerrion shared audio of his heated argument with his father. After the audio went viral, Kirk Franklin wrote a formal apology to his son and fans.
In an interview a year after this, Kirk Franklin, when asked about the relationship with his oldest son, said,
“We historically have tried to keep our journey with our son and his state private matter” we have been here for many years. I have done everything I could to try and help him for many, many years. “My son is a very talented, beautiful soul, and how he was wired is not necessarily his fault. Some of us are born with unique wiring; many times in our community, it is hard for us to acknowledge certain wiring. We want to think something else.”
He added,
“My son recently was incarcerated, so we knew, and we have been watching it for years,” He said, “This is my boy. I know my son. I have known everything. Right now, I am proud of him because he is privately trying to address some of those things. And I have to realize Envy, that he may never be able to understand the gravity of what he did. So I have to live with that and put his well-being before what he did.”
It only shows how amazing a father he is and how much he loves his children. Moreover, Caziah’s sweet and loving nature shows how his parents raised him well.
